Join us in celebrating 10-years of the Ottawa County Parks Foundation (OCPF) by designing a commemorative graphic!
The winning design will be featured throughout our 2026 anniversary campaign- including on our letterhead, website, e-newsletter, social media, and possibly on custom print materials.
Submissions are due by 5 PM on August 29.
Design Criteria
The graphic must be:
- Aligned with OCPFs current look and brand identity.
- Submitted in JPG or PNG format.
- Designed on a transparent background and adaptable to various sizes and platforms such as web, social media, and print.
- An image that is 300 DPI
Submission
- Ownership and Usage Rights: By submitting a design, entrants agree that OCPF will hold full ownership and usage rights of the winning graphic, and that OCPF may use the graphic across various media and platforms in perpetuity.
- Originality Requirement: All submissions must be original works created by the entrant. By submitting, you confirm that your design does not infringe upon any existing copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
- Modification Rights: OCPF reserves the right to modify the winning design for use in various formats or to make minor adjustments as necessary for branding purposes.
- Compensation Disclaimer: The winner will be featured in our e-newsletter and on our social media pages. No monetary compensation will be provided for the use of the graphic.
- Right to Cancel or Modify: OCPF reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
The submission deadline is Friday, August 29 at 5 PM (EST).
Selection Process
- Non-Winning Entries: Non-winning entries remain the property of the entrant. OCPF will not use any non-winning designs without the designer’s explicit permission.
- The winning design will be narrowed down to the top three by OCPF’s Communications Committee. The winning design from the top three will be selected by online vote of the public.
- The winning design will be announced at the OCPF’s Annual Meeting on October 8 at 5 PM.
